IPAF Safety Harness

IPAF stands for International Powered Access Federation, one of the most recognised governing bodies when it comes to using Powered Access Equipment.

The aim of this half day training is to provide candidates with the necessary information and instruction how to inspect, use and maintain a harness when using a MEWP.  Delegates will be required to have their own Safety Harness & Lanyard for the course so it can be used for demonstartion purposes.

We can provide the delegate(s) with the correct Safety Harness & Lanyard for the course at a cost of £65.00 plus VAT.

SAFETY HARNESS & LANYARD (2 Point, Adjustable Lanyard, IPAF Approved)

Safety comes first...

The IPAF Harness Use and Inspection course is designed for MEWP Operatives and co-workers who work and use boom type platforms (1b & 3b)

Wearing a Safety Harness provides safety and protection from platform ejection.

Our prices start from £110.00 per delegate plus VAT.  Applicants are to be at least 16 years old and physically fit.

There is a maximum number of 10 delegates on any one half day course. It is desirable (but not mandatory) that applicants hold a valid IPAF PAL card.

Successful delegates will receive an IPAF certificate. Those who hold a valid Powered Access Licence (PAL Card) for operating equipment, can have the Harness Use & Inspection (H) category added to their PAL Card. It remains valid for five years.
